1 In the same way, you wives, be subject to your own husbands, so that if any do not obey the word, they may also be won without a word by the conduct of their wives;

12 Having your conduct honorable among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation.
2 That the older men be sober, dignified, temperate, sound in faith, in love, in patience.
3 The older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not addicted to much wine, teachers of good things;
4 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed.
14 But even if you should suffer for righteousness' sake, you are blessed. Do not be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled;
15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear;
16 Having a good conscience, so that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in Christ may be ashamed.
18 Wives, submit to your own husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
19 Husbands, love your wives, and do not be bitter against them.
9 In the same way, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing;
10 But what is proper for women professing godliness, with good works.
14 As obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts in your ignorance;
15 But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct;
7 In all things showing yourself a pattern of good works; in doctrine showing integrity, dignity, sincerity,
8 Sound speech that cannot be condemned; that he who is of the opposite side may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say of you.
9 Exhort servants to be obedient to their own masters, and to please them well in all things, not answering back;
10 Not pilfering, but showing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things.
22 Servants, obey in all things your earthly masters, not with eye-service, as people-pleasers, but with sincerity of heart, fearing God.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in all holy conduct and godliness,

22 Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord.
5 Servants, be obedient to those who are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in sincerity of your heart, as to Christ;
17 And if you call on the Father, who without respect of persons judges according to each one's work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in reverent fear;
11 In the same way, their wives must be dignified, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.
15 For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:
16 As free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for vice, but as bondservants of God.
17 Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.
18 Servants, be submissive to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the harsh.
12 That you may walk honestly toward those who are outside, and that you may have lack of nothing.
14 Therefore, beloved, seeing that you look for such things, be diligent that you may be found by him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
12 Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers, in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
2 The elder women as mothers; the younger as sisters, with all purity.
33 Nevertheless let each one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
27 Only let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your affairs, that you stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;
35 And this I say for your own benefit, not to put a restraint on you, but for what is proper, and that you may serve the Lord without distraction.
4 One who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all respectfulness;
22 Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart,
15 And his inward affection is more abundant toward you, while he remembers the obedience of you all, how with fear and trembling you received him.
7 In which you also walked at one time, when you lived in them.
4 That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honor;
5 Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time.
12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
