15But the Lord said to him, Go your way: for he is a chosen vessel to me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:
16For I will show him how many things he must suffer for my name's sake.
17And Ananias went his way and entered the house; and laying his hands on him, said, Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.
18And immediately something like scales fell from his eyes, and he received his sight at once, and he arose and was baptized.
19And when he had received food, he was strengthened. Then Saul spent some days with the disciples in Damascus.
20And immediately he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God.
21But all who heard him were amazed, and said, Isn't this he who destroyed those who called on this name in Jerusalem, and has come here for that purpose, that he might bring them bound to the chief priests?
22But Saul increased all the more in strength, and confounded the Jews who dwelt in Damascus, proving that this is the Messiah.
13Came to me, and stood, and said to me, Brother Saul, receive your sight. And at that very moment, I looked up at him.
26And when Saul had come to Jerusalem, he tried to join the disciples: but they were all afraid of him, and did not believe that he was a disciple.
27But Barnabas took him and brought him to the apostles, and declared to them how he had seen the Lord on the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus.
28And he was with them, moving about freely in Jerusalem,
