27 Yes, you overwhelm the fatherless, and you dig a pit for your friend.
11 The leaders judge for reward, and the priests teach for hire, and the prophets divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? No harm can come upon us.
29 The people of the land have used oppression, and committed robbery, and have wronged the poor and needy: yes, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully.
7 Your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, says the LORD, who have burned incense on the mountains and blasphemed me on the hills; therefore I will measure their former work into their lap.
13 For from the least of them even to the greatest of them, everyone is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even to the priest, everyone deals falsely.
21 And I will give it into the hands of strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall pollute it.
