You offer defiled bread upon my altar; and you say, How have we polluted you? In that you say, The table of the LORD is contemptible.

14 But cursed be the deceiver, who has in his flock a male, and vows, and sacrifices to the Lord a corrupt thing: for I am a great King, says the LORD of hosts, and my name is feared among the heathen.
6 A son honors his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is my honor? and if I be a master, where is my fear? says the LORD of hosts to you, O priests, that despise my name. And you say, How have we despised your name?
13 And this you have done again, covering the altar of the LORD with tears, with weeping and crying out, so much that he regards not the offering any more, nor receives it with good will at your hand.
11 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices to me? says the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed animals; and I delight not in the blood of oxen, or of lambs, or of goats.
12 When you come to appear before me, who has required this at your hand, to trample my courts?
13 Bring no more vain offerings; incense is an abomination to me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot endure; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.
17 You have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet you say, How have we wearied him? When you say, Everyone that does evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delights in them; or, Where is the God of justice?
8 But you have turned out of the way; you have caused many to stumble at the law; you have corrupted the covenant of Levi, says the LORD of hosts.
9 Therefore, I have also made you contemptible and base before all the people, according as you have not kept my ways but have been partial in the law.
7 When you brought into my sanctuary strangers, uncircumcised in heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, to defile it, even my house, when you offer my bread, the fat and the blood, and they broke my covenant because of all your abominations.
8 And you have not kept the charge of my holy things; but you have appointed others to take care of my sanctuary for yourselves.
7 And I brought you into a plentiful country, to eat its fruit and its goodness; but when you entered, you defiled my land, and made my heritage an abomination.
8 The priests did not say, Where is the LORD? and those who handle the law did not know me: the shepherds also transgressed against me, and the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked after things that do not profit.
10 And come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say, We are delivered to do all these abominations?
13 Your words have been harsh against me, says the LORD. Yet you say, 'What have we spoken against you?'.
14 You have said, 'It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the LORD of hosts?'.
29 Why do you scorn my sacrifice and my offering, which I have commanded in my habitation; and honor your sons above me, to make yourselves fat with the best of all the offerings of Israel my people?
8 You have despised My holy things, and have profaned My sabbaths.
30 For the children of Judah have done evil in my sight, says the LORD: they have set their abominations in the house which is called by my name, to defile it.
9 Have you not cast out the priests of the LORD, the sons of Aaron, and the Levites, and have made yourselves priests like the peoples of other lands? So that whoever comes to consecrate himself with a young bull and seven rams, the same may be a priest of those who are no gods.
29 Why will you plead with me? you all have transgressed against me, says the LORD.
26 Her priests have violated My law, and have profaned My holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and unholy, neither have they shown difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hidden their eyes from My sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.
7 Even from the days of your fathers you have gone away from my ordinances and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you, says the LORD of hosts. But you said, 'In what way shall we return?'.

19 Will you profane me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to my people who hear your lies?
21 Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Add your burnt offerings to your sacrifices, and eat meat.
1 And now, O you priests, this commandment is for you.
2 If you will not hear, and if you will not take it to heart, to give glory to my name, says the LORD of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings; yes, I have cursed them already because you do not take it to heart.
3 Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung on your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it.
13 Gird yourselves, and lament, you priests: howl, you ministers of the altar: come, lie all night in sackcloth, you ministers of my God: for the grain offering and the drink offering are withheld from the house of your God.
25 Neither from a stranger's hand shall you offer the bread of your God of any of these; because their corruption is in them, and blemishes are in them: they shall not be accepted for you.
30 Therefore say to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord GOD; Are you polluted after the manner of your fathers? and commit you harlotry after their abominations?
7 Thus says the LORD of hosts: Consider your ways.
5 Thus says the LORD, What wrong have your fathers found in me, that they have gone far from me, and have followed idols, and have become idolaters?
6 And He has violently taken away His tabernacle, as if it were of a garden: He has destroyed His places of the assembly: the Lord has caused the solemn feasts and sabbaths to be forgotten in Zion, and has despised in the indignation of His anger the king and the priest.
7 The Lord has cast off His altar, He has abhorred His sanctuary, He has given up into the hand of the enemy the walls of her palaces; they have made a noise in the house of the Lord, as in the day of a solemn feast.
14 Then Haggai answered and said, So is this people, and so is this nation before Me, says the LORD; and so is every work of their hands; and what they offer there is unclean.
4 Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant to the LORD, as in the days of old, and as in former years.
23 You have not brought Me the sheep of your burnt offerings; nor have you honored Me with your sacrifices. I have not burdened you with offerings, nor wearied you with incense.
13 And the LORD said, Even thus shall the children of Israel eat their defiled bread among the Gentiles, where I will drive them.
11 And they burn to the LORD every morning and every evening burnt sacrifices and sweet incense: they also set the showbread in order upon the pure table; and the gold lampstand with its lamps, to burn every evening: for we keep the charge of the LORD our God; but you have forsaken him.
7 They pant after the dust of the earth on the head of the poor, and turn aside the way of the meek: and a man and his father go in to the same maid, to profane My holy name:
22 Your silver has become dross, your wine mixed with water:
