17And Moses brought the people out of the camp to meet with God, and they stood at the lower part of the mount.
30And Moses returned to the camp, he and the elders of Israel.
1And he said to Moses, Come up to the LORD, you, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel; and worship afar off.
2And Moses alone shall come near the LORD: but they shall not come near; neither shall the people go up with him.
21So the people stood afar off, but Moses drew near the thick darkness where God was.
14And Moses went down from the mount to the people, and sanctified the people; and they washed their clothes.
8And it came to pass, when Moses went out to the tabernacle, that all the people rose up, and stood every man at his tent door, and looked after Moses, until he was gone into the tabernacle.
9And it came to pass, as Moses entered into the tabernacle, the cloudy pillar descended, and stood at the door of the tabernacle, and the LORD talked with Moses.
4And Moses wrote all the words of the LORD, and rose early in the morning, and built an altar under the hill, and twelve pillars, according to the twelve tribes of Israel.
30And when forty years were complete, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in the wilderness of Mount Sinai in a flame of fire in a bush.
31When Moses saw it, he marveled at the sight; and as he drew near to observe, the voice of the Lord came to him,
