16And I will utter My judgments against them concerning all their wickedness, who have forsaken Me, and have burned incense to other gods, and worshipped the works of their own hands.
8And many nations shall pass by this city, and they shall say every man to his neighbor, Why has the LORD done thus to this great city?
9Shall I not visit them for these things? says the LORD: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?

8Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth, except that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, says the LORD.
5Behold, I am against you, says the LORD of hosts; and I will lift your skirts over your face, and I will show the nations your nakedness, and the kingdoms your shame.
2The Lord has swallowed up all the dwellings of Jacob, and has not pitied: He has thrown down in His wrath the strongholds of the daughter of Judah; He has brought them down to the ground: He has defiled the kingdom and its princes.
17At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered to it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk anymore after the imagination of their evil heart.
3And they bend their tongues like a bow for lies; but they are not valiant for the truth on the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they do not know me, says the LORD.
6For thus has the LORD of hosts said, Cut down trees, and build a mound against Jerusalem. This is the city to be visited; she is full of oppression in her midst.

16Moreover the LORD says, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty and walk with outstretched necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, making a tinkling with their feet:
5Why then has this people of Jerusalem slidden back by a perpetual backsliding? They hold fast to deceit, they refuse to return.

4Thus says the LORD: For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away its punishment; because they have despised the law of the LORD, and have not kept His commandments, and their lies caused them to err, after which their fathers walked:
13Woe to them! for they have fled from me: destruction to them! because they have transgressed against me: though I have redeemed them, yet they have spoken lies against me.

9Then he said to me, The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perverseness: for they say, The LORD has forsaken the earth, and the LORD does not see.
13Your words have been harsh against me, says the LORD. Yet you say, 'What have we spoken against you?'.
17Zion spreads forth her hands, and there is none to comfort her: the LORD has commanded concerning Jacob that his adversaries should be all around him: Jerusalem is like a menstruous woman among them.
8For this gird yourselves with sackcloth, lament and howl: for the fierce anger of the LORD is not turned back from us.
