Woe to them! for they have fled from me: destruction to them! because they have transgressed against me: though I have redeemed them, yet they have spoken lies against me.

10They have turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, who refused to hear my words; and they went after other gods to serve them: the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant which I made with their fathers.
11Therefore thus says the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they cry to me, I will not listen to them.
13And the LORD says, Because they have forsaken my law which I set before them, and have not obeyed my voice, nor walked in it;
9The look on their faces testifies against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they do not hide it. Woe unto their soul! for they have rewarded evil unto themselves.
13Yet the land shall be desolate because of those who dwell in it, for the fruit of their doings.
1When I would have healed Israel, then the iniquity of Ephraim was exposed, and the wickedness of Samaria: for they commit falsehood; and the thief comes in, and the gang of robbers plunders outside.

2Oh that I had in the wilderness a lodging place for travelers; that I might leave my people and go from them! for they are all adulterers, an assembly of treacherous men.
3And they bend their tongues like a bow for lies; but they are not valiant for the truth on the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they do not know me, says the LORD.
10Thus says the LORD to this people, 'Thus they have loved to wander, they have not restrained their feet; therefore the LORD does not accept them; He will now remember their iniquity and punish their sins.'
14But I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations they had not known. Thus the land became desolate after them, so that no man passed through nor returned: for they made the pleasant land desolate.
7And my people are determined to backslide from me; though they called them to the Most High, none at all would exalt him.
17My God will cast them away, because they did not listen to him; and they shall be wanderers among the nations.
2And the rebels are deep in slaughter, though I have been a rebuker of them all.
6They shall go with their flocks and with their herds to seek the LORD; but they shall not find him; he has withdrawn himself from them.
7They have dealt treacherously against the LORD: for they have begotten strange children: now a month shall devour them with their portions.
7For they have devoured Jacob, and laid waste his dwelling place.
6My people have been lost sheep: their shepherds have caused them to go astray, they have turned them away on the mountains: they have gone from mountain to hill, they have forgotten their resting place.
7All that found them have devoured them: and their adversaries said, We are not guilty, because they have sinned against the LORD, the habitation of justice, even the LORD, the hope of their fathers.
22And they will answer, Because they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, who brought them out of the land of Egypt, and embraced other gods, and worshiped them and served them; therefore He has brought all this calamity upon them.

13In transgressing and lying against the Lord, and departing from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood.
7Have you not seen a vain vision, and have you not spoken a lying divination, when you say, 'The LORD says it,' although I have not spoken?
7I said, Surely you will fear me, you will receive instruction; so their dwelling should not be cut off, however I punished them: but they rose early, and corrupted all their deeds.
22Because with lies you have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad, and strengthened the hands of the wicked, so he should not turn from his wicked way, by promising him life.
1Woe to the rebellious children, says the LORD, that seek counsel, but not from me; and that make a covering, but not of my Spirit, that they may add sin to sin:
9And those of you who escape shall remember me among the nations where they are carried captive, because I am grieved by their adulterous heart, which has departed from me, and by their eyes, which go lusting after their idols; and they shall loathe themselves for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations.
31Therefore have I poured out My indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, says the Lord GOD.
4Thus says the LORD: For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away its punishment; because they have despised the law of the LORD, and have not kept His commandments, and their lies caused them to err, after which their fathers walked:
7Therefore I will be to them as a lion: as a leopard by the way I will observe them:
28But you shall say to them, This is a nation that does not obey the voice of the LORD their God, nor receive correction: truth has perished, and is cut off from their mouth.
15For I have not sent them, says the LORD, yet they prophesy a lie in my name; that I might drive you out, and that you might perish, you, and the prophets that prophesy to you.
33And they have turned to me the back, and not the face: though I taught them, rising up early and teaching them, yet they have not listened to receive instruction.
4And though they go into captivity before their enemies, from there I will command the sword, and it shall slay them; and I will set my eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.
