20Surely, as a wife treacherously departs from her husband, so have you dealt treacherously with me, O house of Israel, says the LORD.
1Hear this word that the LORD has spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying,
8The Lord GOD has sworn by Himself, says the LORD the God of hosts, I abhor the pride of Jacob, and hate his palaces: therefore I will deliver up the city with all that is in it.
9Therefore, I have also made you contemptible and base before all the people, according as you have not kept my ways but have been partial in the law.
10Have we not all one father? Has not one God created us? Why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?
11Judah has dealt treacherously, and an abomination is committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah has profaned the holiness of the LORD which he loved, and has married the daughter of a foreign god.
6For I am the LORD, I do not change; therefore you sons of Jacob are not consumed.
22But you have not called upon Me, O Jacob; but you have been weary of Me, O Israel.
15All their wickedness is in Gilgal, for there I hated them; for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of my house, I will love them no more; all their princes are rebels.

2Behold, I have made you small among the nations; you are greatly despised.
9Therefore I will yet plead with you, says the LORD, and with your children's children will I plead.
