27He rescues and delivers; He performs signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth, for He rescued Daniel from the power of the lions.'
28So Daniel prospered during the reign of Darius and the reign of Cyrus the Persian.

34Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise, exalt, and glorify the King of Heaven, because all His works are true and His ways are just. He is able to humble those who walk in pride.
37You, O king, are the king of kings, for the God of heaven has given you a kingdom, power, strength, and glory.

18'O king, the Most High God gave your father Nebuchadnezzar sovereignty, greatness, glory, and splendor.'
3I issued a decree to bring all the wise men of Babylon before me, so they could interpret my dream for me.

22He gave me understanding and said, 'Daniel, I have now come to give you insight and understanding.
6Then these men said, 'We will not find any ground for complaint against this Daniel unless it is connected with the law of his God.'
10So King Darius signed the written decree and the edict.

23My God sent His angel and shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him. Also, I have committed no offense against you, O king.'
3Indeed, you are wiser than Daniel; no secret is hidden from you.
12Then he said, 'Do not be afraid, Daniel. From the first day that you set your heart to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come because of your words.'
27Then the kingdom and dominion and greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be given to the people of the holy ones of the Most High. Their kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will serve and obey them.
14Then Daniel responded with wisdom and discretion to Arioch, the captain of the king's guard, who had gone out to carry out the execution of the wise men of Babylon.
