Transliteration

And you yādaʿtā that YHWH ʾĕlōhêkā he is hāʾĕlōhîm, hāʾēl hanneʾĕmān, šōmēr the bərît and the ḥesed to ʾōhăvāyw and to šōmərê his miṣwōtāyw to a thousand dôr.
