7They waged war against Midian, as the LORD had commanded Moses, and they killed every male.
4Then the LORD said to Gideon, "There are still too many people. Take them down to the water, and there I will test them for you. Whoever I say, 'This one shall go with you,' he shall go; and whoever I say, 'This one shall not go with you,' he shall not go."
15Look, I am with you, and I will guard you wherever you go. I will bring you back to this land, because I will not leave you until I have done everything I promised you.

6Be strong and courageous! Do not fear or be terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
8The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.
28and Phinehas son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, was ministering before it. They asked, "Shall we go up again to fight against the Benjaminites, our brothers, or shall we stop?" The LORD answered, "Go, for tomorrow I will give them into your hands."
3Then the LORD said to Jacob, 'Return to the land of your ancestors and to your family, and I will be with you.'
8Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you to deliver you,' declares the LORD.
