Transliteration

And qôn Yirmĕyāhû over Yōʾšiyyāhû and ʾāmar all the śar and the śārâ in their qînâ over Yōʾšiyyāhû until the yôm and they nātan them for ḥōq over Yiśrāʾēl and behold they are kātab upon the qînôt.
