5 For our gospel came to you not in word only, but also in power, in the Holy Spirit, and in full conviction; as you know what kind of men we were among you for your sake.
18 For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ has not accomplished through me, in making the Gentiles obedient by word and deed,
19 Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so from Jerusalem and all around to Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.
20 Yes, I have made it my aim to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build on another man's foundation:
14 For if I have boasted anything to him about you, I am not ashamed; but as we spoke all things to you in truth, even so our boasting, which I made before Titus, is found to be true.
24 Not that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy; for by faith you stand.
10 As the truth of Christ is in me, no one shall stop me of this boasting in the regions of Achaia.

20 Avoiding this, that anyone should blame us in this abundance which is administered by us;
8 For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed beyond measure, above strength, so much that we despaired even of life.
2 But I plead with you, that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence by which I think to be bold against some who think of us as if we walked according to the flesh.

17 But we, brothers, having been taken from you for a short time in presence, not in heart, endeavored more eagerly to see your face with great desire.
7 Did I commit a sin by humbling myself that you might be exalted, because I preached to you the gospel of God freely?

16 Nevertheless, to the degree that we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us be of the same mind.
6 And these things, brothers, I have applied to myself and Apollos for your sakes, that you may learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, so that none of you be puffed up for one against another.
5 For I consider that I am not in any way inferior to the very chief apostles.
17 For we are not like many who corrupt the word of God; but as of sincerity, as from God, we speak in the sight of God in Christ.
7 Therefore, as you abound in everything, in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all diligence, and in your love for us, see that you abound in this grace also.
