37And you shall become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword, among all nations where the LORD shall lead you.

65And among these nations shall you find no ease, neither shall the sole of your foot have rest: but the LORD shall give you there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind:
38And you shall perish among the nations, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
7Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon you, the most terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of your wisdom, and they shall defile your brightness.
43The foreigner that is within you shall rise up above you very high; and you shall come down very low.
15For behold, I will make you small among the nations, and despised among men.
16Your terribleness has deceived you, and the pride of your heart, O you who dwell in the clefts of the rock, who hold the height of the hill. Though you make your nest as high as the eagle, I will bring you down from there, says the LORD.
22Thus says the LORD, Behold, a people comes from the north country, and a great nation shall be raised from the farthest parts of the earth.
5Moreover, the multitude of your strangers shall be like small dust, and the multitude of the terrible ones shall be as chaff that passes away; yes, it shall be at an instant, suddenly.
17The LORD shall bring upon you, and upon your people, and upon your father's house, days that have not come since the day that Ephraim departed from Judah; even the king of Assyria.
19For your waste and your desolate places, and the land of your destruction, shall now be too narrow by reason of the inhabitants, and those who swallowed you up shall be far away.

17And I will set my face against you, and you shall be slain before your enemies: those that hate you shall reign over you; and you shall flee when none pursues you.
8Their horses are swifter than leopards, fiercer than evening wolves; their horsemen spread themselves, and their horsemen shall come from afar; they fly as the eagle that hastens to eat.
4Though you exalt yourself like the eagle, and though you set your nest among the stars, from there I will bring you down, says the LORD.

15There the fire shall devour you; the sword shall cut you off, it shall eat you up like the locust: make yourself many like the locust, make yourself many like the swarming locusts.
9You shall ascend and come like a storm, you shall be like a cloud to cover the land, you, and all your bands, and many people with you.
27And the LORD shall scatter you among the nations, and you shall be left few in number among the heathen, where the LORD shall lead you.
40For thus says the LORD: Behold, he shall fly like an eagle and shall spread his wings over Moab.
9I will also trouble the hearts of many people, when I bring your destruction among the nations, into the countries which you have not known.
23But the LORD your God shall deliver them to you, and shall destroy them with a mighty destruction, until they are destroyed.
19Our persecutors were swifter than the eagles of the sky; they pursued us on the mountains, they lay in wait for us in the wilderness.
38To drive out nations from before you greater and mightier than you, to bring you in, to give you their land for an inheritance, as it is this day.

28And the LORD rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as it is this day.
32And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies who dwell in it shall be astonished at it.
7The LORD shall cause your enemies that rise up against you to be smitten before your face: they shall come out against you one way, and flee before you seven ways.
