הָרַכָּ֨ה בְךָ֜ וְהָעֲנֻגָּ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֨ר לֹא־נִסְּתָ֤ה כַף־רַגְלָהּ֙ הַצֵּ֣ג עַל־הָאָ֔רֶץ מֵהִתְעַנֵּ֖ג וּמֵרֹ֑ךְ תֵּרַ֤ע עֵינָהּ֙ בְּאִ֣ישׁ חֵיקָ֔הּ וּבִבְנָ֖הּ וּבְבִתָּֽהּ׃

Transliteration

The-rakkāh in-you and-the-ʿănuggāh who not-nissĕtāh kap-raglāh haṣṣēg on-the-ʾāreṣ from-hithʿannēg and-from-rōk, tēraʿ ʿênāh against-ʾîš ḥêqāh and-against-bĕnāh and-against-bittāh.
