Transliteration

And-the-nābîʾ the-hahûʾ or ḥōlēm the-ḥălôm the-hahûʾ shall-be-yûmāt because he-dibbēr-sārāh against-YHWH ʾĕlōhêkem the-one-hammôṣîʾ ʾetkem from-ʾereṣ miṣrayim and-the-happōdkā from-bêt ʿăbādîm to-lĕhaddîḥăkā from-the-hadderek which ṣiwwĕkā YHWH ʾĕlōhêkā to-lāleket in-her; and-you-shall-ûbiʿartā the-hārāʿ from-miqqirbekā.
