5And the LORD said to Moses, Go ahead of the people, and take with you some of the elders of Israel; and your rod, with which you struck the river, take in your hand, and go.
13And Moses said to the LORD, Then the Egyptians will hear it, (for you brought up this people in your might from among them;)
10You blew with your wind, the sea covered them: they sank like lead in the mighty waters.
18But God led the people around, through the way of the wilderness of the Red Sea: and the children of Israel went up in orderly ranks out of the land of Egypt.

40But as for you, turn, and take your journey into the wilderness by the way of the Red Sea.
