17Do you not see what they do in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem?

7And he said to me, Son of man, this is the place of my throne and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel forever; and the house of Israel shall no longer defile my holy name, neither they nor their kings, by their harlotry or by the corpses of their kings on their high places.
6Then the LORD said to me, Proclaim all these words in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem, saying, Hear the words of this covenant, and do them.
7Then I will cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, forever and ever.
