7 And the people served the LORD all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders who outlived Joshua, who had seen all the great works of the LORD, that he did for Israel.
8 And Joshua, the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died, being one hundred and ten years old.
23 And he gave Joshua the son of Nun a charge, and said, Be strong and of good courage: for you shall bring the children of Israel into the land which I swore to them: and I will be with you.
1 Now Joshua was old and advanced in years; and the LORD said to him, You are old and advanced in years, and there remains yet very much land to be possessed.
10 Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying,
11 Pass through the camp and command the people, saying, Prepare provisions for yourselves, for within three days you shall cross over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land which the LORD your God is giving you to possess.
38 But Joshua the son of Nun, who stands before you, he shall go in there. Encourage him, for he shall cause Israel to inherit it.

2 And he said to them, I am one hundred and twenty years old today; I can no longer go out and come in: also the LORD has said to me, You shall not go over this Jordan.
3 The LORD your God, he will go over before you, and he will destroy these nations before you, and you shall possess them: and Joshua, he shall go over before you, as the LORD has said.
12 And the LORD said to Moses, Go up to this mount Abarim, and see the land which I have given to the children of Israel.
15 until the LORD has given your brethren rest, as he has given you, and they also have possessed the land which the LORD your God is giving them. Then you shall return to the land of your possession and enjoy it, which Moses the LORD's servant gave you on this side of the Jordan toward the sunrise.
5 So Moses, the servant of the LORD, died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD.
29 And it came to pass after these things, that Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died, being a hundred and ten years old.

7 And the LORD said to Joshua, This day I will begin to exalt you in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with you.
8 And you shall command the priests who bear the ark of the covenant, saying, When you come to the edge of the waters of the Jordan, you shall stand still in the Jordan.
13 And Moses rose up, and his minister Joshua: and Moses went up into the mountain of God.

5 On this side of the Jordan, in the land of Moab, Moses began to declare this law, saying,

11 Behold, the ark of the covenant of the Lord of all the earth is crossing over before you into the Jordan.
