4Behold, I have allotted to you by lot these nations that remain, to be an inheritance for your tribes, from the Jordan, with all the nations that I have cut off, even to the great sea westward.
9And I delivered you out of the hand of the Egyptians, and out of the hand of all who oppressed you, and drove them out from before you, and gave you their land;
2Command the children of Israel and say to them, 'When you come into the land of Canaan, (this is the land that shall fall to you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan with its borders:)
12And gave their land as a heritage, a heritage to Israel his people.
20Until the LORD gives rest to your brethren, as He has to you, and they also possess the land the LORD your God has given them beyond the Jordan; then each of you may return to the possession I have given you.
21And I commanded Joshua at that time, saying, Your eyes have seen all that the LORD your God has done to these two kings; so shall the LORD do to all the kingdoms through which you pass.
38To drive out nations from before you greater and mightier than you, to bring you in, to give you their land for an inheritance, as it is this day.
7And Moses called to Joshua, and said to him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of good courage: for you must go with this people to the land which the LORD has sworn to their fathers to give them; and you shall cause them to inherit it.
3The LORD your God, he will go over before you, and he will destroy these nations before you, and you shall possess them: and Joshua, he shall go over before you, as the LORD has said.
8Therefore, you shall keep all the commandments which I command you this day, that you may be strong, and go in and possess the land which you go to possess;
9And that you may prolong your days in the land, which the LORD swore to your fathers to give to them and to their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey.
4And the LORD said to him, This is the land which I swore to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, I will give it to your descendants: I have caused you to see it with your eyes, but you shall not cross over there.

24So the children entered and possessed the land; You subdued before them the inhabitants of the land, the Canaanites, and gave them into their hands, with their kings and the people of the land, so that they might do with them as they wished.
12And the land which I gave Abraham and Isaac, to you I will give it, and to your descendants after you I will give the land.

22But I must die in this land, I must not go over Jordan: but you shall go over, and possess that good land.
3And Joshua said to the children of Israel, How long will you delay to go and possess the land which the LORD God of your fathers has given you?
23So Joshua took the whole land, according to all that the LORD said to Moses; and Joshua gave it as an inheritance to Israel according to their divisions by their tribes. And the land rested from war.
