And he said unto him, Oh my Lord, how shall I save Israel? Behold, my family is poor in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father's house.

13And he said, O my Lord, send, I pray, by the hand of him whom you will send.
27And he said, If the LORD does not help you, how shall I help you? from the threshing floor, or from the winepress?
6And Israel was greatly impoverished because of the Midianites, and the children of Israel cried unto the LORD.
7And it came to pass, when the children of Israel cried unto the LORD because of the Midianites,
15And the LORD took me as I followed the flock, and the LORD said to me, Go, prophesy to my people Israel.
34For how shall I go up to my father, and the lad is not with me? lest perhaps I see the evil that shall come upon my father.

19And he said, They were my brothers, even the sons of my mother: as the LORD lives, if you had saved them alive, I would not kill you.
5And said to them, I see your father's expression, that it is not toward me as before; but the God of my father has been with me.
6And you know that with all my strength I have served your father.
7And the LORD said to Gideon, By the three hundred men who lapped I will save you and deliver the Midianites into your hand; let all the other people go every man to his place.

It shall be that of whom I say to you, This one shall go with you, the same shall go with you; and of whomever I say to you, This one shall not go with you, the same shall not go.
22And we said to my lord, The lad cannot leave his father: for if he should leave his father, his father would die.
6Jonathan said to the young man who carried his armor, "Come, let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised; it may be that the LORD will work for us, for there is no restraint to the LORD to save by many or by few."
17And he said to them, Look at me, and do likewise. Behold, when I come to the outside of the camp, as I do, so shall you do.
12How can I alone bear your problems, your burdens, and your complaints?
2And the LORD said, Judah shall go up; behold, I have delivered the land into his hand.
