he even built it inside for the oracle, for the most holy place. 17 And the house, that is, the temple in front, was forty cubits long. 18 And the cedar inside the house was carved with gourds and open flowers; all was cedar, there was no stone seen. 19 And the oracle he prepared in the house inside, to set there the ark of the covenant of the LORD. 20 And the oracle in the front was twenty cubits long, twenty cubits wide, and twenty cubits high; and he overlaid it with pure gold, and he covered the altar with cedar. 21 So Solomon overlaid the house inside with pure gold, and he made a partition by the chains of gold before the oracle, and he overlaid it with gold. 22 And he overlaid the whole house with gold, until he had finished all the house;
