- Lev 6:1-9 : 1 The LORD spoke to Moses, saying: 2 Command Aaron and his sons, saying: This is the law of the burnt offering. The burnt offering shall remain on the hearth of the altar all night until morning, and the fire on the altar must be kept burning. 3 The priest shall put on his linen garment and wear linen undergarments on his body. He shall remove the ashes of the burnt offering that the fire has consumed on the altar and place them beside the altar. 4 Then he shall take off his garments and put on other garments and carry the ashes outside the camp to a clean place. 5 The fire on the altar shall be kept burning; it must not go out. Every morning the priest shall add wood to it, arrange the burnt offering on it, and burn the fatty portions of the peace offerings on it. 6 The fire must always be kept burning on the altar; it must not go out. 7 This is the law of the grain offering: The sons of Aaron shall present it before the LORD, in front of the altar. 8 The priest shall take a handful from the fine flour and oil of the grain offering, along with all the frankincense that is on the offering, and burn it on the altar as a pleasing aroma, a memorial portion to the LORD. 9 What remains of the grain offering shall be eaten by Aaron and his sons. It must be eaten as unleavened bread in a holy place—in the courtyard of the Tent of Meeting they shall eat it. 10 It must not be baked with yeast. I have given it to them as their portion from my fire offerings; it is most holy, like the sin offering and the guilt offering. 11 Every male among Aaron's descendants may eat it. It is a perpetual statute for your generations from the LORD’s fire offerings. Anything that touches them shall become holy. 12 The LORD spoke to Moses, saying: 13 This is the offering that Aaron and his sons must bring to the LORD on the day of his anointing: a tenth of an ephah of fine flour as a regular grain offering, half in the morning and half in the evening. 14 It shall be made on a griddle with oil. It shall be well-mixed and you shall bring it in baked pieces of the grain offering, offering it as a pleasing aroma to the LORD. 15 The anointed priest who is in his place among his sons shall prepare it. It is a perpetual statute to the LORD; it shall be burned completely. 16 Every grain offering of a priest shall be burned entirely; it shall not be eaten. 17 The LORD spoke to Moses, saying: 18 Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying: This is the law of the sin offering: In the place where the burnt offering is slaughtered, the sin offering shall be slaughtered before the LORD. It is most holy. 19 The priest who offers it as a sin offering shall eat it. It must be eaten in a holy place, in the courtyard of the Tent of Meeting. 20 Any male among the priests may eat it. Anything that touches the flesh of the offering will become holy. If any of its blood is spattered on a garment, the garment must be washed in a holy place. 21 The clay pot in which it is boiled must be broken, but if it is boiled in a bronze pot, it must be scoured and rinsed in water. 22 Any male among the priests may eat it; it is most holy. 23 But any sin offering whose blood is brought to the Tent of Meeting to make atonement in the holy place must not be eaten; it must be burned in the fire.

- Lev 26:1-9 : 1 Do not make idols for yourselves, or set up a carved image or a sacred pillar for yourselves, and do not place a figured stone in your land to bow down to it, for I am the LORD your God. 2 Keep my Sabbaths and revere my sanctuary; I am the LORD. 3 If you walk in my statutes and keep my commandments and carry them out, 4 then I will provide your rains in their season, and the land will yield its produce, and the trees of the field will bear their fruit. 5 Your threshing will continue until grape harvest, and the grape harvest will continue until sowing, and you will eat your bread to the full and live securely in your land. 6 I will give peace in the land, and you will lie down with no one to make you afraid. I will remove harmful beasts from the land, and no sword will go through your land. 7 You will chase your enemies, and they will fall before you by the sword. 8 Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand, and your enemies will fall before you by the sword. 9 I will turn to you, make you fruitful, and multiply you, and I will confirm my covenant with you. 10 You will eat the old supply long stored, and you will clear out the old to make room for the new. 11 I will set my dwelling among you, and my soul will not reject you. 12 I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be my people. 13 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt so that you would no longer be slaves to them; I broke the bars of your yoke and enabled you to walk with heads held high. 14 But if you will not listen to me and will not carry out all these commandments, 15 and if you reject my statutes and if your soul loathes my judgments so that you do not carry out all my commandments and thus break my covenant, 16 I, in turn, will do this to you: I will bring sudden terror upon you, wasting diseases and fever that destroy your eyes and drain your strength. You will plant your seed in vain, for your enemies will eat it. 17 I will set my face against you so that you will be defeated by your enemies; those who hate you will rule over you, and you will flee even when no one is chasing you. 18 If after all this you still do not listen to me, I will punish you seven times over for your sins. 19 I will break your stubborn pride and make your sky like iron and your land like bronze. 20 Your strength will be spent in vain, because your land will not yield its crops, nor will the trees of the land yield their fruit. 21 If you continue to walk contrary to me and are unwilling to listen to me, I will multiply your afflictions seven times over as your sins deserve. 22 I will send wild animals against you, and they will rob you of your children, destroy your cattle, and reduce your numbers until your roads are deserted. 23 If in spite of these things you do not accept my correction and continue to walk contrary to me, 24 then I too will act with hostility against you, and I will strike you sevenfold for your sins. 25 I will bring the sword upon you to avenge the breaking of the covenant, and when you retreat into your cities, I will send a plague among you, and you will be delivered into the hands of the enemy. 26 When I break your staff of bread, ten women will bake your bread in one oven and dole out your bread by weight, and you will eat but not be satisfied. 27 But if, after all this, you do not listen to me and continue to act with hostility against me, 28 then I in turn will act with furious hostility against you, and I will discipline you seven times over for your sins. 29 You will eat the flesh of your sons and the flesh of your daughters. 30 I will destroy your high places, cut down your incense altars, and heap your dead bodies on the lifeless forms of your idols, and my soul will reject you. 31 I will lay your cities in ruins, make your sanctuaries desolate, and I will no longer smell the pleasing aroma of your offerings. 32 I will bring the land to desolation so that even your enemies who live there will be appalled by it. 33 I will scatter you among the nations and will draw out a sword after you. Your land will be desolate and your cities will lie in ruins. 34 Then the land will enjoy its sabbaths as long as it lies desolate and you are in the land of your enemies; then the land will rest and enjoy its sabbaths. 35 As long as it lies desolate, it will have the rest it did not have during the sabbaths while you lived there. 36 As for those of you who survive, I will bring weakness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies. The sound of a driven leaf will put them to flight, and they will flee as though running from a sword, though no one pursues them. 37 They will stumble over one another as if fleeing from the sword, though no one pursues them. You will not be able to stand before your enemies. 38 You will perish among the nations, and the land of your enemies will consume you. 39 Those of you who remain will waste away in their iniquity in the lands of your enemies; and also because of the iniquities of their ancestors, they will waste away with them. 40 But if they confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their ancestors—their unfaithfulness with which they were unfaithful to me, and also how they walked contrary to me— 41 so that I also walked contrary to them and brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts are humbled, and they accept their punishment for their iniquity, 42 then I will remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham, and I will remember the land. 43 For the land will be abandoned by them and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies desolate without them; they will accept their punishment for their iniquity, because they rejected my judgments and their soul abhorred my statutes. 44 Yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them or abhor them so as to destroy them completely, breaking my covenant with them, for I am the LORD their God. 45 For their sake, I will remember the covenant with their ancestors, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations to be their God: I am the LORD. 46 These are the statutes, judgments, and laws the LORD established between himself and the sons of Israel through Moses on Mount Sinai.
