17Then the LORD’s anger will burn against you, and He will shut up the heavens so that there will be no rain, and the land will yield no produce. Then you will soon perish from the good land the LORD is giving you.
21If you continue to walk contrary to me and are unwilling to listen to me, I will multiply your afflictions seven times over as your sins deserve.
19But if you turn away and forsake the statutes and commandments I have set before you, and go and serve other gods and worship them,
20then I will uproot you from My land that I have given you, and I will reject this temple I have consecrated for My name. I will make it a byword and an object of ridicule among all peoples.
7I withheld the rain from you when there were still three months until harvest. I caused it to rain on one city but not on another; one field received rain, while another withered due to lack of it.
17'But if they do not obey, I will completely uproot and destroy that nation,' declares the LORD.
12Then the LORD appeared to Solomon at night and said to him: "I have heard your prayer and have chosen this place for Myself as a house of sacrifice.
17I struck you—all the work of your hands— with blight, mildew, and hail, but you did not turn to me—this is the declaration of the LORD.
12Even if they fast, I will not listen to their cry; even if they offer burnt offerings and grain offerings, I will not accept them. Instead, I will consume them by sword, famine, and plague.
10I will send the sword, famine, and pestilence against them until they are completely destroyed from the land I gave to them and their ancestors.
4If you refuse to let my people go, I will bring locusts into your territory tomorrow.
18If after all this you still do not listen to me, I will punish you seven times over for your sins.
15For by now I could have stretched out my hand and struck you and your people with a plague that would have wiped you off the earth.
7then I will cut off Israel from the land I have given them, and I will reject this temple I have consecrated for My name. Israel will then become a proverb and an object of ridicule among all peoples.
21The LORD will cause pestilence to cling to you until He has consumed you from the land that you are entering to possess.
17I will send famine and wild beasts against you, and they will bereave you. Plague and bloodshed will sweep through you, and I will bring the sword against you. I, the LORD, have spoken.
2If you do not listen and if you do not take it to heart to honor My name, says the Lord of Hosts, I will send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings. Indeed, I have already cursed them because you do not take it to heart.
10But if it does evil in My sight by not listening to My voice, then I will relent concerning the good I had promised to bless it with.
15The sword is outside, and the plague and famine are inside. Those in the field will die by the sword, and those in the city will be devoured by famine and plague.
7At any moment I might speak concerning a nation or a kingdom, to uproot it, tear it down, or destroy it.
8But if that nation I have warned repents of its evil, then I will relent concerning the disaster I had planned to bring upon it.
9'If disaster comes upon us—whether the sword, judgment, plague, or famine—we will stand before this temple and in your presence (for your name is in this temple) and cry out to you in our distress, and you will hear us and save us.'
15So the Lord sent a plague upon Israel from that morning until the appointed time, and seventy thousand men died from Dan to Beersheba.
9I struck you with blight and mildew; the locust devoured your many gardens, vineyards, fig trees, and olive trees, yet you did not return to Me,' declares the LORD.
10I sent plagues among you like those in Egypt. I killed your young men with the sword, along with your captured horses. The stench of your camps rose into your nostrils, yet you did not return to Me,' declares the LORD.
12And the LORD said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand over the land of Egypt so that locusts may swarm over the land and consume every plant that the hail has left."
10Therefore, because of you, the heavens have withheld their dew and the earth its crops.
11I called for a drought on the fields and the mountains, on the grain, the new wine, the olive oil, and everything the ground produces, on people and livestock, and on all the labor of your hands.
14So the LORD sent a plague on Israel, and seventy thousand men of Israel fell.
3Perhaps they will listen and turn, each one, from their evil ways. Then I will relent concerning the disaster that I plan to bring on them because of the evil they have done.
1This is what the Lord God showed me: He was forming a swarm of locusts at the beginning of the late crop, after the royal harvest.
9but if you return to me and obey my commands, then even if your exiled people are at the farthest horizon, I will gather them from there and bring them to the place I have chosen as a dwelling for my Name.'
3Otherwise, they will tear me apart like a lion, ripping me to pieces with no one to rescue.
18I will pursue them with sword, famine, and plague. I will make them a horror to all the kingdoms of the earth—a curse and an object of astonishment, scorn, and ridicule among all the nations where I have banished them.
22I will execute judgment upon him with plague and bloodshed. I will pour down torrential rain, hailstones, fire, and brimstone on him and on his troops and on the many peoples with him.
16As for you, do not pray for this people, do not raise a cry or prayer for them, and do not intercede with me, for I will not listen to you.
17Or if I bring a sword against that land and say, 'Let a sword pass through the land,' and I cut off from it both man and beast,
