12 But God said to Balaam, 'Do not go with them. You must not curse the people, for they are blessed.'

35 Not a single word of all that Moses had commanded was omitted; Joshua read it all to the entire assembly of Israel, including the women, the children, and the foreigners living among them.

25 Then Balak said to Balaam, 'If you won’t curse them for me, then at least don’t bless them!'
29 as the descendants of Esau who live in Seir and the Moabites who live in Ar did for me—until I cross the Jordan into the land that the LORD our God is giving us.'
37 The older daughter gave birth to a son, and she named him Moab; he is the father of the Moabites to this day.
13 These are the commandments and regulations that the LORD commanded through Moses to the Israelites in the plains of Moab, by the Jordan across from Jericho.
