2Meanwhile, we groan, longing to be clothed instead with our heavenly dwelling,
19My dear children, I am again suffering birth pains for you until Christ is formed in you.
13Therefore, prepare your minds for action, be sober-minded, and set your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
4For while we are in this tent, we groan and are burdened, because we do not wish to be unclothed but to be clothed instead with our heavenly dwelling, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life.
5Now the one who has prepared us for this very purpose is God, who has given us the Spirit as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.
17For our momentary and light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory that is far beyond comparison.
18So we fix our eyes not on what is seen but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
7So you are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then also an heir through God.
9and to bring to light for everyone the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in God, who created all things through Jesus Christ,

6In this you rejoice greatly, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials,
7Therefore, be patient, brothers and sisters, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient for it until it receives the early and late rains.
8You too must be patient. Strengthen your hearts, because the coming of the Lord is near.
