14 I will punish you according to the fruit of your deeds, declares the LORD. I will kindle a fire in her forest, and it will consume everything around her.
29 Why do you bring charges against me? You have all rebelled against me,” declares the LORD.
30 In vain I have struck your children; they accepted no discipline. Your sword has devoured your prophets like a ravenous lion.

31 This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Remove the turban and take off the crown. Things will not remain as they are. Exalt the lowly and bring down the exalted.
13 Now, because you have done all these things, declares the LORD, and though I spoke to you persistently, you did not listen, and though I called you, you did not answer,
10 To this day, they have not humbled themselves, nor have they feared me or walked in my law and my decrees that I set before you and your ancestors.

23 If in spite of these things you do not accept my correction and continue to walk contrary to me,
24 Discipline me, Lord, but only in due measure—not in Your anger, or You will reduce me to nothing.

21 But the children rebelled against me. They did not walk in my statutes, and they did not keep my ordinances to obey them, though by them a person will live. They profaned my Sabbaths, so I said I would pour out my wrath on them and unleash my anger against them in the wilderness.
7 How can I pardon you? Your children have forsaken Me and sworn by false gods. I satisfied them, but they committed adultery and gathered at the houses of prostitutes.
17 I struck you—all the work of your hands— with blight, mildew, and hail, but you did not turn to me—this is the declaration of the LORD.
1 Hear this word that the Lord has spoken against you, O people of Israel, against the whole family that I brought up from the land of Egypt:
2 You only have I known among all the families of the earth; therefore, I will punish you for all your iniquities.
18 If after all this you still do not listen to me, I will punish you seven times over for your sins.
11 I overthrew some of you as God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. You were like a firebrand snatched from the burning, yet you did not return to Me,' declares the LORD.

19 Hear, O earth! I am bringing disaster upon this people, the fruit of their schemes, because they have not listened to My words and have rejected My law.
