7But you have not listened to me, declares the LORD, and you have provoked me to anger with the works of your hands, to your own harm.
10They gape at me with their mouths; they strike my cheeks in scorn and together they conspire against me.
12This is what the Lord says: 'Although they have allies and are numerous, they will be destroyed and pass away. Although I have afflicted you, Judah, I will afflict you no more.'
15The light is withheld from the wicked, and the uplifted arm is broken.
6Their hearts are like an oven as they plot; all night their anger smolders, in the morning it blazes like a flaming fire.
14The wicked draw the sword and bend their bows to bring down the poor and the needy, to slaughter those whose ways are upright.

21'Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh, king of Egypt. It has not been bound up to be healed or bandaged to make it strong enough to grasp a sword.'
22Therefore, this is what the Lord God says: 'Behold, I am against Pharaoh, king of Egypt. I will break both his strong arm and his broken one and cause the sword to fall from his hand.'
11Therefore, this is what the LORD says: ‘I am bringing disaster upon them from which they cannot escape. Even though they will cry out to me, I will not listen to them.’
4They set up kings, but not by me; they appointed leaders, but I did not know of it. With their silver and gold, they made idols for themselves, to their own destruction.
20For they do not speak peace, but they devise deceitful words against those who are quiet in the land.

7But they, like Adam, have transgressed the covenant; there they dealt treacherously with Me.

14My transgressions were bound into a yoke; by his hands they were fastened together. They were laid on my neck; he has made my strength fail. The Lord has given me into the hands of those I cannot withstand.
10When I desire, I will discipline them, and nations will be gathered against them to bind them for their double iniquities.
