1I Demaund then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid: for I also am an Israelite, of the seede of Abraham, of the tribe of Beniamin.
2God hath not cast away his people which he knew before. Know ye not what the Scripture sayth of Elias, howe hee communeth with God against Israel, saying,
6Notwithstanding it can not bee that the worde of God should take none effect: for all they are not Israel, which are of Israel:
8For by grace are ye saued through faith, and that not of your selues: it is the gift of God,
9Not of workes, least any man should boast himselfe.
19Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them of the Gentiles that are turned to God,
31Without vnderstanding, couenant breakers, without naturall affection, such as can neuer be appeased, mercilesse.
4Which are the Israelites, to whome perteineth the adoption, and the glory, and the Couenants, and the giuing of the Lawe, and the seruice of God, and the promises.
28For as they regarded not to acknowledge God, euen so God deliuered them vp vnto a reprobate minde, to doe those things which are not conuenient,

24Euen vs whome hee hath called, not of of the Iewes onely, but also of the Gentiles,
3For what, though some did not beleeue? Shall their vnbeliefe make the faith of God without effect?
9The Lord of that promes is not slacke (as some men count slackenesse) but is pacient toward vs, and would haue no man to perish, but would all men to come to repentance.
