17 For thus says the LORD: 'You shall not see wind, nor shall you see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, so that you may drink, both you and your cattle and your animals.'

4 Because the ground is cracked, for there was no rain on the earth, the farmers were ashamed, they covered their heads.
19 And what the land is that they dwell in, whether it is good or bad; and what cities they dwell in, whether in tent camps or fortified cities;

6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good comes; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.
14 And he took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and struck the waters, and said, Where is the LORD God of Elijah? And when he also had struck the waters, they divided here and there: and Elisha went over.
15 And when the sons of the prophets who were to view at Jericho saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah rests on Elisha. And they came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him.
16 And they said to him, Behold now, there are with your servants fifty strong men; let them go, we pray you, and seek your master: lest perhaps the Spirit of the LORD has taken him up, and cast him upon some mountain, or into some valley. And he said, You shall not send.

11 And as they went up the hill to the city, they found young maidens going out to draw water, and said to them, Is the seer here?

33 And while he yet talked with them, behold, the messenger came down to him: and he said, Behold, this evil is from the LORD; what should I wait for the LORD any longer?
1 Then Elisha spoke to the woman, whose son he had restored to life, saying, "Arise, and go you and your household, and stay wherever you can stay: for the LORD has called for a famine; and it shall also come upon the land for seven years."
19 And that lord answered the man of God, and said, Now, behold, if the LORD should make windows in heaven, might such a thing be? And he said, Behold, you shall see it with your eyes, but shall not eat thereof.
26 I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all its cities were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by his fierce anger.
