For thus says the LORD: 'You shall not see wind, nor shall you see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, so that you may drink, both you and your cattle and your animals.'

23 Then shall he give the rain for your seed, that you shall sow the ground with; and bread of the increase of the earth, and it shall be rich and plentiful: in that day your cattle shall feed in large pastures.

17 Though the fig tree shall not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines; the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no food; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls.
7 And also I have withheld the rain from you, when there were still three months to the harvest: and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece where it did not rain withered.
8 So two or three cities wandered to one city to drink water, but they were not satisfied: yet you have not returned to me, says the LORD.
22 Be not afraid, you beasts of the field, for the pastures of the wilderness are green, for the tree bears its fruit, the fig tree and the vine give their yield.
23 Be glad then, children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God, for he has given you the former rain in due measure, and he will cause the rain to come down for you, the former rain and the latter rain in the first month.
24 And the threshing floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil.
26 To cause it to rain on the earth where no one is, on the wilderness, where there is no man;
27 To satisfy the desolate and waste ground, and to cause the sprout of tender grass to spring forth?
5 The waters shall fail from the sea, and the river shall be wasted and dried up.

35 He turns the wilderness into pools of water, and dry land into water springs.
20 The animals of the field cry also to you: for the rivers are dried up, and the fire has devoured the pastures of the wilderness.
10 Therefore the heavens above you withhold the dew, and the earth withholds its fruit.
25 I have dug, and drunk water; and with the sole of my feet I have dried up all the rivers of besieged places.
17 And it shall be, that whoever will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.
5 And Ahab said to Obadiah, Go into the land, unto all fountains of water, and unto all brooks: perhaps we may find grass to save the horses and mules alive, that we do not lose all the beasts.
17 For it was said to me by the word of the LORD, You shall eat no bread nor drink water there, nor return to go by the way that you came.
3 For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my Spirit upon your descendants, and my blessing upon your offspring:
