You shall also consider in your heart, that, as a man disciplines his son, so the LORD your God disciplines you.

7And you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up.
18If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son, who will not obey the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and who, when they have chastened him, will not listen to them,
19And you shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.
17Correct your son, and he will give you rest; yes, he will give delight to your soul.
