1Therefore we ought to give more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.
8Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
11This is a faithful saying: For if we died with Him, we shall also live with Him;
1Let us therefore fear, lest, while a promise of entering into his rest remains, any of you should seem to have come short of it.
9But, beloved, we are convinced of better things concerning you, things that accompany salvation, though we speak in this manner.
3For we who have believed do enter into rest, as he said, "As I have sworn in my wrath, they shall not enter into my rest:" although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
19This hope we have as an anchor for the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the inner sanctuary behind the veil,
10Therefore, brethren, be diligent to make your calling and election sure, for if you do these things, you shall never fall:
25Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
11Let us therefore labor to enter into that rest, lest anyone fall after the same example of unbelief.
17And if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.
23If you continue in the faith grounded and settled, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which you have heard, and which was preached to every creature under heaven; of which I, Paul, am made a minister;
13Till we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:
39But we are not of those who draw back to destruction, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.
3That which we have seen and heard we declare to you, so that you also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.
12That we should be to the praise of His glory, who first trusted in Christ.
1Therefore, leaving the foundational teachings of Christ, let us move on to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
13But he who endures to the end will be saved.
19If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most miserable.
17You therefore, beloved, seeing you know these things beforehand, beware lest you also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own steadfastness.
19And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.
2By which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain.
