    12For thus says the LORD, Your bruise is incurable, and your wound is severe.

    13There is no one to plead your cause, that you may be bound up; you have no healing medicines.

    14All your lovers have forgotten you; they do not seek you; for I have wounded you with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the multitude of your iniquity; because your sins have increased.

    15Why do you cry over your affliction? Your sorrow is incurable because of the multitude of your iniquity: because your sins have increased, I have done these things to you.

  • 18Your way and your deeds have procured these things for you; this is your wickedness, because it is bitter, because it reaches to your heart.

    6Therefore a lion out of the forest shall slay them, and a wolf of the evenings shall spoil them, a leopard shall watch over their cities: everyone that goes out from there shall be torn in pieces: because their transgressions are many, and their backslidings have increased.

    7How shall I pardon you for this? Your children have forsaken me, and sworn by them that are no gods: when I had fed them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled themselves by troops in the harlots' houses.

  • 12And you have done worse than your fathers, for behold, each one walks after the imagination of his evil heart, so that you do not listen to me.

  • 6Turn to Him from whom the children of Israel have deeply revolted.

  • 17For the iniquity of his covetousness I was angry and struck him; I hid myself and was angry, and he went on stubbornly in the way of his heart.

  • 5And the pride of Israel testifies to his face: therefore Israel and Ephraim shall fall in their iniquity; Judah also shall fall with them.
