18 Oh that you had listened to my commandments! Then your peace would have been like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea.
19 Your descendants also would have been like the sand, and the offspring of your body like its gravel; his name would not have been cut off nor destroyed from before me.
17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever.
18 And my people shall dwell in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;
