3You shall not do according to the practices of the land of Egypt, where you lived; and you shall not do according to the practices of the land of Canaan, where I bring you; you shall not walk in their ordinances.
9And that you may prolong your days in the land, which the LORD swore to your fathers to give to them and to their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey.
12Take heed to yourself, lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land where you are going, lest it become a snare in your midst.
21When you gather the grapes of your vineyard, you shall not glean it afterward: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
