17As for you, if you will walk before Me, as David your father walked, and do according to all that I have commanded you, and keep My statutes and My judgments;
22If a man sins against his neighbor, and an oath is laid upon him to make him swear, and the oath comes before your altar in this house;
23Then hear from heaven, and act, and judge your servants, by recompensing the wicked, by bringing his way upon his own head; and by justifying the righteous, by giving him according to his righteousness.
8Behold, you trust in deceptive words that cannot profit.
9Will you steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense to Baal, and walk after other gods whom you do not know;
10And whatever cause shall come to you from your brethren that dwell in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and judgments, you shall even warn them that they do not trespass against the LORD, and so wrath come upon you and upon your brethren: this do, and you shall not trespass.
5They said, 'Turn now every one from his evil way and from the evil of your doings, and dwell in the land that the LORD has given to you and to your fathers forever and ever:
16He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well with him: was not this to know me? says the LORD.
17But your eyes and your heart are set only on your covetousness, and on shedding innocent blood, and on oppression, and on violence, to do it.
20That which is altogether just you shall follow, that you may live, and inherit the land which the LORD your God gives you.
5And I will come near to you for judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those who oppress the laborer in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and who turn aside the stranger from his right, and do not fear me, says the LORD of hosts.
20Yet you say, The way of the Lord is not fair. O house of Israel, I will judge every one of you according to his ways.
8He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you, but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?
11Now therefore go, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus says the LORD; Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a plan against you: return now everyone from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.
8If you fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, You shall love your neighbor as yourself, you do well.
6And said to the judges, Take heed what you do, for you judge not for man but for the LORD, who is with you in the judgment.
1If you will return, O Israel, says the LORD, return to me: and if you will put away your abominations out of my sight, then you shall not be moved.
7And has not oppressed anyone, but has restored to the debtor his pledge, has spoiled none by violence, has given his bread to the hungry, and has covered the naked with a garment,
8He that has not given out loans with interest, nor taken any increase, that has withdrawn his hand from iniquity, has executed true judgment between man and man,
7In you they have treated father and mother with contempt: in your midst they have dealt oppressively with the stranger: in you they have wronged the fatherless and the widow.
11Since you tread upon the poor, and you take from him burdens of wheat: you have built houses of hewn stone, but you shall not dwell in them; you have planted pleasant vineyards, but you shall not drink wine of them.
17Do you not see what they do in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem?
6You shall not pervert the justice due to your poor in his dispute.
3If you walk in my statutes and keep my commandments and do them;
19But if you turn away and forsake My statutes and My commandments which I have set before you, and go and serve other gods, and worship them;
14Then shall you inquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it is true, and the thing certain, that such abomination is done among you;
19Then you shall do to him as he thought to have done to his brother; so you shall put away the evil from among you.
