9 Only do not rebel against the LORD, neither fear the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their protection is removed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not.
2 And the LORD said to me, Do not fear him, for I will deliver him, and all his people, and his land, into your hand; and you shall do to him as you did to Sihon, king of the Amorites, who lived at Heshbon.
11 And you went over Jordan, and came to Jericho: and the men of Jericho fought against you, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Girgashites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; and I delivered them into your hand.
15 Then the chiefs of Edom shall be amazed; the mighty men of Moab, trembling shall take hold upon them; all the inhabitants of Canaan shall melt away.
16 Fear and dread shall fall upon them; by the greatness of your arm they shall be as still as a stone; till your people pass over, O LORD, till the people pass over whom you have purchased.
14 And the men answered her, Our life for yours, if you do not reveal this our business. And it shall be, when the LORD has given us the land, that we will deal kindly and truly with you.
15 Then she let them down by a cord through the window: for her house was upon the town wall, and she dwelt upon the wall.
16 And she said unto them, Get you to the mountain, lest the pursuers meet you; and hide yourselves there three days, until the pursuers return: and afterward you may go your way.
17 And the men said unto her, We will be blameless of this your oath which you have made us swear.
11 Therefore our elders and all the inhabitants of our country spoke to us, saying, Take provisions with you for the journey, and go to meet them, and say to them, We are your servants: therefore now make a treaty with us.
9 And I delivered you out of the hand of the Egyptians, and out of the hand of all who oppressed you, and drove them out from before you, and gave you their land;

9 For when they went up to the valley of Eshcol and saw the land, they discouraged the heart of the children of Israel, so that they would not go into the land which the LORD had given them.
25 Then Joshua said to them, Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed; be strong and of good courage, for the LORD will do this to all your enemies against whom you fight.

3 And shall say to them, Hear, O Israel, you approach this day to battle against your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, nor be terrified because of them;
2 that they feared greatly, because Gibeon was a great city, like one of the royal cities, and because it was greater than Ai, and all its men were mighty.
27 I will send my fear before you and will cause confusion among all the people to whom you come, and will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.
1 And the LORD said to Joshua, Do not fear or be dismayed; take all the people of war with you, and arise, go up to Ai; see, I have given into your hand the king of Ai, and his people, and his city, and his land.
36 From Aroer by the edge of the river Arnon, and from the city by the river, even unto Gilead, there was not a city too strong for us; the LORD our God delivered all unto us.
