5 "Go and tell my servant David, 'Thus says the LORD: Is it you who would build me a house to dwell in?

8 I have been with you wherever you have gone, and I have cut off all your enemies from before you. I will make your name great, like the names of the greatest men on earth.
9 I will provide a place for my people Israel and plant them so they can live in their own land and not be disturbed again. Wicked people will not oppress them anymore, as they did at the beginning,
10 and as they have done since the time I appointed judges over my people Israel. I will subdue all your enemies. Furthermore, I declare to you that the LORD himself will build a house for you.
4 "Go and tell my servant David: 'This is what the LORD says: You are not the one to build me a house to dwell in.
5 'From the day I brought My people out of the land of Egypt, I chose no city from any of the tribes of Israel to build a house for My name to be there, nor did I choose any man to be a ruler over My people Israel.
16 'Since the day I brought My people Israel out of Egypt, I have not chosen a city from all the tribes of Israel to build a house where My name might be, but I chose David to rule My people Israel.'
17 Now it was in the heart of my father David to build a house for the name of the LORD, the God of Israel.
2 And I have built a lofty house for You, a place for You to dwell forever.

21 And there I have placed a place for the Ark, which contains the covenant of the LORD that He made with our ancestors when He brought them out of Egypt.
12 He will build a house for me, and I will establish his throne forever.

18 The man answered, "We are traveling from Bethlehem in Judah to the remote parts of the hill country of Ephraim, where I am from. I have been to Bethlehem in Judah, and I am going to the house of the Lord, but no one has taken me into their home.
7 David said to Solomon, 'My son, it was in my heart to build a house for the name of the Lord my God.'
25 You, my God, have revealed to your servant that you will build a house for him. That is why your servant has found the courage to pray before you.
8 And let them make a sanctuary for Me, so that I may dwell among them.
17 Whenever the cloud lifted from above the tent, the people of Israel would set out, and wherever the cloud settled, there the people of Israel would camp.
