7And our hope for you is steadfast, because we know that as you share in our sufferings, you also share in our comfort.

8Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable—if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise—think about these things.
5But as for you, be sober in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, and fulfill your ministry.
10But you have closely followed my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, patience, love, and endurance.
