    1If you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God by carefully keeping all His commandments that I am commanding you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth.

    2All these blessings will come upon you and overtake you if you listen to the voice of the LORD your God.

    18Do not be afraid of them. Remember well what the LORD your God did to Pharaoh and all Egypt—

    19the great trials that your eyes saw, the signs, the wonders, the mighty hand, and the outstretched arm by which the LORD your God brought you out. The LORD your God will do the same to all the peoples you fear.

  • 19All the nations who knew you are appalled at you; you have come to a terrible end and will exist no more forever.

  • 9The Canaanites and all the inhabitants of the land will hear of this and surround us. They will cut off our name from the earth. And then, what will you do for your great name?

  • 11Stone him to death because he sought to turn you away from the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.

  • 13The LORD will make you the head and not the tail, and you will only go upwards and not downwards, if you listen to the commandments of the LORD your God that I am commanding you today, to observe and to do them.
