1For this reason, I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus on behalf of you Gentiles,
2surely you have heard about the stewardship of God’s grace that was given to me for you,
3that by revelation the mystery was made known to me, as I have briefly written about earlier.
5which in past generations was not made known to the sons of men as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit.
1For I want you to know how great a struggle I have for you, and for those in Laodicea, and for all who have not seen me in person.
2I do this so that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and that they may have all the riches of full assurance of understanding, which leads to the full knowledge of God's mystery—Christ himself.
3In him are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
8To me, the very least of all the saints, this grace was given: to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,
9and to bring to light for everyone the plan of the mystery hidden for ages in God, who created all things through Jesus Christ,
10so that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known through the church to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places,
11according to the eternal purpose that He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.
24Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh I am filling up what is lacking in Christ’s afflictions for the sake of His body, which is the church.
25I have become its servant according to the commission God gave me for you, to fully proclaim the word of God,
26the mystery that was hidden for ages and generations but is now revealed to His saints.
27To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
17that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know Him better.
18I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened so that you may know the hope of His calling, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints,
19and the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. This power is according to the working of His mighty strength,
16I pray that out of the riches of His glory, He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being,
17so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and established in love,
18may have strength to comprehend, with all the saints, what is the breadth and length and height and depth,
19and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
20Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us,
3At the same time, pray also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains.
4Pray that I may reveal it clearly, as I ought to speak.
19Pray also for me, that words may be given to me to proclaim the mystery of the gospel boldly.
7You learned it from Epaphras, our dear fellow servant, who is a faithful minister of Christ on our behalf,
8and who has told us about your love in the Spirit.
9For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of His will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives,
10so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please Him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God,
8which He lavished on us in all wisdom and understanding.
9He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure, which He purposed in Christ,
25Now to him who is able to strengthen you according to my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past.
12Now I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that what has happened to me has actually served to advance the gospel.

13Therefore, I ask you not to lose heart over my sufferings for you, which are for your glory.
14For this reason, I kneel before the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
2You are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everyone.
3It is clear that you are a letter of Christ, served by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.
6I pray that your partnership in the faith may become effective through knowing every good thing that is in us for the sake of Christ.

14But their minds were hardened. For to this day, the same veil remains at the reading of the old covenant. It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away.
12Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ Jesus, greets you. He is always striving for you in his prayers, that you may stand mature and fully assured in all the will of God.
15Let all of us who are mature think this way. And if in anything you think differently, that too God will reveal to you.
5That in every way you were enriched in him, in all speech and all knowledge,
8For this reason, although I have great boldness in Christ to command you to do what is right,
10I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death,
21So that you also may know how I am and what I am doing, Tychicus, the beloved brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will tell you everything.
9And this is my prayer, that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight.
4since we have heard about your faith in Christ Jesus and your love for all the saints.
