12 that is, that we may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith, both yours and mine.
13 I do not want you to be unaware, brothers, that I often planned to come to you (but was prevented until now), in order that I might have some fruit among you, just as I have among the other Gentiles.
12 I have much to write to you, but I do not want to do so with paper and ink. Instead, I hope to come to you and speak face to face, so that our joy may be complete.

20 I wish I could be with you now and change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
29 To this end, I labor and struggle with all His energy, which so powerfully works within me.
10 Night and day we pray earnestly that we may see your face and complete what is lacking in your faith.
4 By reading this, you are able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ,

9 For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of His will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives,
28 For this reason, I am all the more eager to send him so that when you see him again, you may rejoice and I may be less anxious.

16 After this letter has been read among you, have it also read in the church of the Laodiceans; and see that you also read the letter from Laodicea.
19 For I know that through your prayers and the provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, this will result in my deliverance.
5 For this reason, when I could no longer endure it, I sent to know about your faith, lest somehow the tempter had tempted you and our labor might have been in vain.
23 Epaphras, my fellow prisoner in Christ Jesus, sends you greetings,
30 because he came close to death for the work of Christ, risking his life to make up for what was lacking in your service to me.
