  • 20Therefore the Lord rejected all the descendants of Israel, afflicted them, and handed them over to plunderers until He had cast them out of His presence.

  • 16And when you have multiplied and increased in the land in those days,' declares the LORD, 'people will no longer say, “The ark of the covenant of the LORD.” It will not come to mind or be remembered, nor will it be missed or made again.

  • 31The days are coming when I will cut off your strength and the strength of your father’s house, so that there will not be an old man in your house.

  • 7So behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when they will no longer say, ‘As the LORD lives, who brought the Israelites up out of the land of Egypt.’

  • 28Then the nations will know that I, the Lord, make Israel holy, when My sanctuary is among them forever.

  • 1This is the Lord’s message concerning Israel. The Lord, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit within humans, declares this:

  • 4You will let go of your inheritance that I gave to you, and I will make you serve your enemies in a land you do not know, because you have kindled a fire in my anger that will burn forever.
