30 This is what the LORD says: Behold, I will hand Pharaoh Hophra, king of Egypt, over to his enemies who want to kill him, just as I handed Zedekiah, king of Judah, over to Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, his enemy who sought his life.
9 Proclaim to the strongholds in Ashdod and to the strongholds in the land of Egypt: "Assemble yourselves on the mountains of Samaria, and see the great tumults within her and the oppression among her people."
8 Then the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah in Tahpanhes:
19 I will execute judgments on Egypt, and they will know that I am the Lord.
22 Therefore, this is what the Lord God says: 'Behold, I am against Pharaoh, king of Egypt. I will break both his strong arm and his broken one and cause the sword to fall from his hand.'
16 I will set fire to Egypt; Pelusium will writhe in agony, Thebes will be breached, and Memphis will face daily distress.
