11So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches?
12And if you have not been trustworthy with what belongs to someone else, who will give you what is truly yours?
1He began to speak to them in parables. A man planted a vineyard, built a fence around it, dug a pit for the winepress, and constructed a tower. Then he leased it to farmers and went on a journey.
2At the appointed time, he sent a servant to the farmers to collect from them some of the fruit of the vineyard.

41They said to him, 'He will bring those wretches to a miserable end and lease the vineyard to other farmers who will give him the fruit at the proper times.'
12So he said, "A nobleman traveled to a distant country to receive a kingdom for himself and then return.
13"He called ten of his servants, gave them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business until I come back.'
34It is like a man going on a journey, who leaves his house and puts his servants in charge, each with their task, and tells the doorkeeper to stay alert.
14But He said to him, "Man, who appointed Me as a judge or arbiter over you?"

21His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master.’
22He said to him, 'I will judge you by your own words, you wicked servant! You knew, did you, that I am a harsh man, taking what I did not deposit and reaping what I did not sow?'
7But those farmers said to one another, 'This is the heir. Come, let us kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.'
26'I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but from the one who does not have, even what he has will be taken away.'
12For whoever has, more will be given to them, and they will have abundance. But whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken away from them.
17And he said to him, 'Well done, good servant! Because you have been faithful in a very small matter, you will have authority over ten cities.'
42Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come.
