13 They will be paid back with harm for the harm they have done. They consider it a pleasure to indulge in carousing during the day. They are blots and blemishes, reveling in their deceptions while they feast with you.
8 and, 'a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense.' They stumble because they disobey the word, as they were determined to do.
6 And we are ready to punish every act of disobedience, once your obedience is complete.

25 Gently instruct those who oppose you, in the hope that God might grant them repentance, leading them to a knowledge of the truth.
3 They will be unloving, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, and hostile to what is good.
11 Woe to them! For they have gone the way of Cain, rushed headlong for profit into Balaam’s error, and perished in Korah’s rebellion.
4 They are surprised that you do not join them in their reckless, wild living, and they heap abuse on you.
22 An angry man stirs up strife, and a hot-tempered man commits many transgressions.
