12As for this house which you are building, if you will walk in my statutes and execute my judgments and keep all my commandments to walk in them, then I will fulfill my word with you, which I spoke to David your father:
3Now these are the things wherein Solomon was instructed for the building of the house of God. The length by cubits according to the first measure was sixty cubits, and the width twenty cubits.
4And the porch that was in the front of the house, the length of it was according to the width of the house, twenty cubits, and the height was one hundred and twenty: and he overlaid it within with pure gold.
5And the greater house he paneled with fir tree, which he overlaid with fine gold, and set thereon palm trees and chains.
17And it was in the heart of David my father to build a house for the name of the LORD God of Israel.
18And the LORD said to David my father, Whereas it was in your heart to build a house for my name, you did well that it was in your heart.
4And prepare yourselves by the houses of your fathers, by your divisions, according to the writing of David king of Israel, and according to the writing of Solomon his son.
