11And God said to Solomon, Because this was in your heart, and you have not asked riches, wealth, or honor, nor the life of your enemies, neither yet have asked long life; but have asked wisdom and knowledge for yourself, that you may judge my people, over whom I have made you king:
12Wisdom and knowledge is granted to you; and I will give you riches, and wealth, and honor, such as none of the kings have had that have been before you, neither shall any after you have the like.
13Then Solomon came from his journey to the high place that was at Gibeon to Jerusalem, from before the tabernacle of the congregation, and reigned over Israel.
12And the LORD appeared to Solomon by night and said to him, I have heard your prayer, and have chosen this place for Myself as a house of sacrifice.
9Therefore give your servant an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and evil: for who is able to judge this your great people?

1And it happened, when Solomon had finished building the house of the LORD, and the king's house, and all Solomon's desires which he was pleased to do,
2That the LORD appeared to Solomon the second time, as He had appeared to him at Gibeon.
3And the LORD said to him, I have heard your prayer and your supplication, that you have made before Me: I have hallowed this house, which you have built, to put My name there forever; and My eyes and My heart shall be there perpetually.
11And the word of the LORD came to Solomon, saying,
15And Solomon awoke; and, behold, it was a dream. And he came to Jerusalem, and stood before the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and offered burnt offerings, and offered peace offerings, and made a feast for all his servants.
6And Solomon went up there to the bronze altar before the LORD, which was at the tabernacle of the congregation, and offered a thousand burnt offerings upon it.
46And also Solomon sits on the throne of the kingdom.
47Moreover, the king's servants came to bless our lord King David, saying, May God make the name of Solomon better than your name, and make his throne greater than your throne. And the king bowed himself upon the bed.
1And Solomon the son of David was strengthened in his kingdom, and the LORD his God was with him, and magnified him exceedingly.
2Then Solomon spoke to all Israel, to the captains of thousands and of hundreds, and to the judges, and to every governor in all Israel, the chief of the fathers.
1Now when Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the LORD filled the house.
19And give to Solomon my son a perfect heart, to keep Your commandments, Your testimonies, and Your statutes, and to do all these things, and to build the palace, for which I have made provision.
23All the kings of the earth sought the presence of Solomon to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart.
16And Bathsheba bowed and did homage to the king. And the king said, What do you wish?
17And she said to him, My lord, you swore by the LORD your God to your servant, saying, Assuredly Solomon your son shall reign after me, and he shall sit upon my throne.
20And you, my lord, O king, the eyes of all Israel are upon you, that you should tell them who shall sit on the throne of my lord the king after him.
25And the LORD magnified Solomon exceedingly in the sight of all Israel and bestowed upon him such royal majesty as had not been on any king before him in Israel.
22And Solomon stood before the altar of the LORD in the presence of all the congregation of Israel, and spread forth his hands toward heaven:
6Then he called for Solomon his son, and charged him to build a house for the LORD God of Israel.
7And David said to Solomon, My son, as for me, it was in my mind to build a house unto the name of the LORD my God:
16And now I ask one request of you, do not deny me. And she said unto him, Speak on.
17And he said, Please speak to King Solomon, for he will not refuse you, that he would give me Abishag the Shunammite as a wife.
12Now therefore come, let me, I pray you, give you advice, that you may save your own life, and the life of your son Solomon.
24And all the earth sought the presence of Solomon, to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart.
20Then she said, I desire one small petition of you; please do not deny me. And the king said to her, Ask on, my mother, for I will not refuse you.
4And it happened that night, that the word of the LORD came to Nathan, saying,
1Then Solomon said, The LORD has said that he would dwell in thick darkness.
37As the LORD has been with my lord the king, so may He be with Solomon, and make his throne greater than the throne of my lord King David.
1Furthermore, King David said to all the assembly, Solomon my son, whom alone God has chosen, is still young and tender, and the work is great: for the palace is not for man, but for the LORD God.
53So King Solomon sent, and they brought him down from the altar. And he came and bowed himself to King Solomon; and Solomon said to him, Go to your house.
54And it was so, that when Solomon had finished praying all this prayer and supplication to the LORD, he rose from before the altar of the LORD, from kneeling on his knees with his hands spread up to heaven.
7And it came to pass, when Hiram heard the words of Solomon, he rejoiced greatly and said, Blessed be the LORD today, who has given David a wise son over this great people.
13And king Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all she desired, whatever she asked, besides what Solomon gave her of his royal bounty. So she turned and went to her own country, she and her servants.
