  • 3And they said, The God of the Hebrews has met with us: let us go, we pray you, a three-day journey into the desert and sacrifice to the Lord our God; lest he strike us with pestilence or with the sword.

  • 6Why then do you harden your hearts as the Egyptians and Pharaoh hardened their hearts? When He had worked wonders among them, did they not let the people go, and they departed?

  • 41And Moses said, Why now do you transgress the commandment of the LORD? but it shall not prosper.
